I will IMPROVE YOUR VISION

One of my heroes said, “The only limits are those of vision.” I have worked with many people that are only concerned about their own personal success. They say things like, “If things get bad, I can fire such-and-such and still be okay.” That is normal I suppose, but I can’t help but notice that badass people have a vision beyond themselves. They want to grow and surround themselves with people that promote growth. It’s like they are working towards things others can’t see.

Not having a vision almost certainly is a limiting and self-fulfilling destiny. People protecting themselves tend to hold others at a distance. People with vision embrace others. People with vision tend to employ more people and provide opportunity for others.

It’s been said, “Where there is no vision, the people perish.” Since you will certainly need other people, you have to have a clear vision for the future.
